update documenation

• link to miniforge download page in documentation
• add some screenshots especially in step 3
• mamba install create mit cookiecutter (without pip)
• better explanation for User Name, Group Name, Subgroup...
• in index.rst: fix: Welcome to cookiecutter-pypackage's documentation!
