Small change requests/questions/comments

A couple of requests/questions/comments from @koltzer :

• Order of columns in "Getting started"

Here the columns are sorted differently than in the exemplary table. Maybe one can sort consistently here as well: X, Y, Zmean, M, Tmean, Ztopo, Ttopo.

• For the output, you output H twice, is there a reason for that? I think they are exactly the same values.
• Why do you give H now in Joule and not in J/m^2?
