Expanded HouseholdData for construction material
Calculated the household numbers and household members for construction material (wooden, wooden (excluding wooden and fire-proofed), wooden and fire-proofed and non-wooden) by multiplying the total value of household numbers and household members to the proportion of dwelling numbers for each construction material to the total dwelling numbers.
And inserted these values back into the household data (inserted only the values for construction material != 0 i.e. total).
