Epic: Prepare exposure-lib for the v24.07 release

Closes #144 (closed)

Merging:

• Add the height attribute to the SpatiaLite database table Building (!141 (merged)).
• Change the insert_building(), import_from_postgis() and get_all_buildings_in_tile() functions to use the new building attribute height (!142 (merged)).
• Change the get_country_buildings_iter() function to use the new building attribute height (!143 (merged)).
• Change the documentation-generation pipeline to manual invokation (!144 (merged)).
