feat: Revise documentation of mDIS v3 (in progress)

Knut Behrends requested to merge mDIS_v3_documentation into master
  • grouped files in directories and updated the links between them
  • added a script based on markdown-link-check to check all files in and below a directory
  • Working on extensive documentation for template manager
